Building on the two courses offered earlier in the year, this session will consider the impact of coaching on individuals, teams, systems and organisations. It will consider the role of sponsor, coach and coachee, win-wins, improved leadership density, appropriate contracting arrangements, reasonable KPIs, confidentiality and reporting mechanisms and the outcomes that might be expected in the system wide implementation of a coaching strategy.

Motivation to develop colleagues and school systems led to the creation of Yearwood Education (YE), which offers advisory services across all educational phases.
