Twenty years of successful school leadership, three as a MAT Director and then six as an AoEA Senior Associate mean Tony is an experienced and successful school development partner. Ofsted trained, Tony helped lead Brunel University’s School of Education and his last school to Outstanding results and works with many schools, MATs and regional bodies to raise confidence and develop best and next practice.

Tony’s motivation to support colleagues and their schools led him to coaching and the creation of Yearwood Education and Eteach Educational Advisers with partner, Éamonn Whelan.

Now an Executive Coach with additional certification in Therapeutic Counselling, Tony uses his experience and skills to analyse, understand, define, promote and apply solutions to educational challenges. He is currently working nationally and internationally, accrediting and training Heads and School Advisers and supporting school improvement initiatives with Governors, Headteachers and their teams.
